I came to Luis with a MAJOR issue. I started Meta advertising with no knowledge or prior experience. My small business was spending WAY too much and getting a horrible return on investment. I've taken online courses, done research independently, and Luis is the first one to actually help me understand the front & back end of advertising. We are now spending a fraction of what we did previously, and more than tripled our return on ad spend.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Beyond Media Marketing could have done differently?

Overall, everything about working with Beyond Media was great—the quality of the redesign, the attention to detail, and how they brought my vision to life. The only area I think could be improved is communication, especially around adding things to different pages and fine-tuning wording. At times I wished for quicker updates and clearer back-and-forth, but the end result speaks for itself I’m very happy with how the site turned out.
