Our Story

The work began in 2014 as a freelance practice across WordPress, servers and the web. In 2025 it became BespokeForge Studio, built on one idea: the engineer who builds your systems should keep running them. Every engagement is led by the founder, Christian Kelechukwu, and the studio takes at most three Technical Partner clients at a time, so you get senior judgement, not a queue.

Infrastructure, web presence, data and automation sit with one senior engineer. When something breaks, you never broker between an agency, a host and a freelancer. One person answers for all of it.

Built to be run, not handed over

Every build is designed to be operated afterwards, by the same engineer. The knowledge of your systems compounds month after month instead of leaving with the contractor at launch.

You work directly with the founder, never through an account manager. Every engagement has one shared channel for questions and one written record of decisions, so nothing depends on memory. Changes are proposed in writing, explained in plain language, and approved by you before they go live. Work is planned in monthly cycles, with a short written update at the end of each one covering what shipped, what changed and what comes next.

Small and medium businesses that have outgrown the systems holding them together. Typical work: a WordPress site rebuilt for speed and search, servers and hosting brought under control, a CRM and lead flow that actually connects, and the manual steps between them automated. The best fit is a business that wants one senior engineer to own the whole technical layer and keep running it after launch. Clients are mainly in Europe and Africa, where working hours overlap.

It starts with a free 25-minute call to confirm the problem is one worth solving. Next comes a paid audit of your current systems: a written diagnosis and a prioritised plan that you keep whether or not anything follows. The audit fee is credited in full against a build or retainer if you go ahead. Once you approve the plan, access is set up, a shared channel is opened, and the first month of work is agreed in writing before anything changes.

Launch is where most agencies leave. Here it is where the operating phase begins. Every build includes at least one month of maintenance. After that, the usual path is a monthly retainer, so the same engineer keeps the system fast, secure and improving. Systems built by the studio can also move to Upkeep, a fixed monthly plan for updates, backups and monitoring. You are never handed a system nobody else understands.

Fixed prices, published in euros, never hourly billing. The audit is 450 euro and is credited in full against what follows. Builds start at 3,500 euro (Foundation), 7,000 (Growth) and 12,000 (Flagship), each paid 50 percent upfront and 50 percent on delivery. Ongoing retainers are 1,200, 2,500 or 5,000 euro a month, depending on how embedded you need the work to be. Upkeep for systems built by the studio is 95 euro a month.
