I was looking for a long term partnership to bring our planning tools to life by developing the website.

We reached out to several other companies. After weighing everything out, we felt they were the way to go. They were very timely in sending their proposal and were serious from day one, so we chose them.

We told them about our needs in the beginning. The product is essentially a web application running on .NET that handles CAD files.

Four of their project manager, developers and designers created the deliverables. Mario (Founder & CEO) started the relationship for us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our customers are impressed with it. They’ve said that it’s easier on the eyes than what we were using before.

We communicated mostly over Teams and email. Their team was well organized, contacting us when needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very happy with their design work and frequent communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It took them a while to figure out the best way to handle the CAD files in our application. That’s fairly specific to our project, though, and they eventually found a solution.

I'm the co-owner and CFO of BLEXIM, a commercial company that sells spare parts to mining, cement, and industrial companies. Our company is based in Peru, where we have two offices; one in Lima and another in Arequipa.

During the pandemic, we had to restructure our communication channels, so we needed someone to help migrate our business to Microsoft 365.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bertoni Solutions provided us with their Microsoft 365 migration services to improve our communication channels. They took over the development responsibilities of our previous software partner and implemented a highly integrated solution with employee training.

We worked with about four tech support specialists and one executive who managed the project.

We worked together from September 2021–February 2022.

I don't have any specific metrics, but their work has positively shifted the culture of our company.

We experienced some minor issues in terms of project management, but we only needed to focus on the communication and sharing policy.

We were impressed with how they were able to adapt to the project and improve upon the build our previous vendor started.

It would've been better if they streamlined their approach to communication and structured their services better.

I would advise you to hire them because their team can provide you with a personalized service that will ensure your goals and needs are met.

I am the Lead of our Custom Software Development team.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bertoni Solutions, and what were your goals?

We developed a Mobile / Web Application that lets the customer take pictures of situations on a construction site that do not adhere to the safety regulations. In a structured manner, the picture is tagged with additional information and sent to a centralized web application. In there, you can create Statistics and reports quickly.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been working with Bertonisolutions for many years and are very fond of our cooperation.

The solution was developed with Xamarin for the Phone app which could be compiled to use in Android and iOS. The Backend aswell as the Web Application was developed using Microsoft ASP.NET. We worked in a agile manner, that means we started in Sprints of 2 weeks each. Every Sprint we delivered a new feature to the customer with which he could already start to work and give feedback as well as new requirements.

A key requirement was developed only after the fact that most of the base system has been completed which was the synchronization method to use in a collaborative manner. Bertonisolutions was able to come up with a working solution to give the customer the needed requirement.

There were three reossources assigned to the project. A Mobile Dev, a Backend / Web Dev and a Project Lead.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After each sprint we could provide the customer with a new functionality which he could already use in his day to day business. The customer was really happy with the solution especially because it saved him so much time to process and add the metadata by hand after each construction site review.

We used Microsoft Teams to share our work progress as well to protocol each meeting. We held daily meetings using Video Calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their agility and versatility are most formidable especially the possibility to get specialists in very advanced technologies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The Q/A process could have been improved to verify that the delivered solution works properly on all devices. This was also cut short by the customer to save some cost.

I am the leader of the support team. We provide software for health care providers around the subject of DRGs, for grouping, coding and analisis of patient stays in hospitals.

We needed a company to provide us with professional support services to augment our support capacity towards our customers (hospitals and insurance companies).

SOLUTION

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for professionals with knowledge of the swiss hospital market and experience in providing support to health care providers. It was a must requirement to have multi-language support, as in Switzerland we need to cover all official languages (German, French, Italian).

They provided a flexible model of cooperation, where we could choose the amount of hours we would get to cover for support activities towards our customers.

We discussed the need internally, before looking for a provider with the required experience. We selected Bertoni Solutions based on their extensive experience working within the health care sector of Switzerland.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With the additional support capacity, we were able to reduce the response time for support requests. Also, the quality of the support experience has been improved and we now have more capacity to adecuately respond even when there are high peaks in support requests.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Even though the work is done remote, we have established daily syncs to prioritize support requests. The workflow is very effective, we are in real-time contact mainly through chat, email and phone.

They provided top talent which suited the needs of our business.

No. We are very happy with the service provided and would recommend this company.
