We communicated with the Bato team through each step. First the creative discover was all done through Figma where we could see the different iterations and drafts. Then we moved to a custom wordpress template where they helped us troubleshoot and fine tune everything until it was ready to be launched.

Your request is to redesign the current site, adding an events section with News and Articles pages. The site will be multilingual and multisite. The site will comprise around ten pages. Functionalities will include a contact form, newsletter and RS sharing. The site will include basic animations if required. 
The redesign of the site, including a custom design and the integration of this design under WordPress. Choose the site style and validate the mock-ups. The designer creates the mock-ups for the desktop and mobile versions. 
The developer will integrate only the elements of the customized design, giving the site a clean structure. In the back office, the site will be built in free-form sections, allowing the site admin to create new pages by reusing free-form sections. It takes 5600€ and 160 hours of work to create the site with the customized design. The team will include a designer, a developer, a CDP and a QA.

We started searching for a web development partner company and had a big list of potential partners and Bato was one of them. When we had the first potential projects, Bato was meeting the requirements and the estimate was reasonable, so we gave it a try and never tested any other team as we're super happy with the outcome of the projects.

There were 5 members all on all: the Web Development project manager whom I communicated most of the time, the Web Development team lead whose role was to handle hard technical issues and be the adviser, the Front-end developer, the Back-end developer QA manager who tested the website to ensure there were no bugs and we can show a brilliant pixel-perfect website to the client.

The website was built from scratch (it's a new business), so as of now, we don't have the statistics (the website has been launched by the client) and we don't have any previous data to compare with. But, the tools were showing a great loading speed and the client was happy with the result when we passed the files.

The communication was always quick, and the team is responsive and reacting fast to my messages/clarification questions. We're always syncing in Slack and can jump on quick calls, the team always agreed to jump on meetings with us.
