What challenge were you trying to address with Balaji Websoft Technology Pvt. Ltd.?

We needed to hire a company to develop our e-commerce website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our e-commerce website from scratch and did everything related to marketing and Google Analytics. They completed the website in June and are going to support the project for a month until everything else is taken care of, too.

I’ve communicated with one point of contact who translates things for me since I’m not very technical. There are three other people, too.

We did a sample project with them before giving them the e-commerce project. I was very happy with the timeframe and quality of work. We liked the systematic way they worked and every person in the team knows their job and they divide the work well.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost $6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2019 and the work is ongoing, though we completed development in June 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

This is our third project with them and they’re always very precise with their work. They never delay any projects. Even the earlier smaller projects, they delivered ahead of time. We’re very happy with them.

How did Balaji Websoft Technology Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

We give them certain target days the work should be completed and that’s how they scale the projects. They deliver before the deadline. If it was due in four weeks, they’d deliver in two weeks and we’d have to rush to match their pace.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Even though I’m not very technical, they are able to accurately communicate the details of the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they exceed our expectations.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re happy with the project sample, you should consider giving your project to them. They’re really good at their work. There’s no nonsense. They take the project very seriously and they know what they’re doing.
