How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web develpers in mumbai and shortlisted few of them and then hired B-Web on the basis of there projects,skills, experience from 2002 and found the low and reasonable cost and many tips and advantage from them.

we had our first chat on call and then did analysis of their previous projects. Had our meeting and discussed rest of the detials, like what technologies will be used what are the future plans for the company.we discussed the stratergies for how to create a successful website.They were much co-opreative and provided us plus integration for our website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was a team of people in my contact including associate manager and an employees. The developer ,the graphic designer and website designer were also on my project.

We had our weekly check ups and updates scheduled with the manager and one of the main employee. The project was on the time period they confirmed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us full attention and were readily available for any kind of changes.The nature of the employees was very friendly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the starting there were glitches and bugs related to the form. But they were on time ready to clear them without any dispute.and also garanteed me for lifetime support to fix the bugs and glitches.
