When we hired Azguards Technolabs, our website was in a terrible shape, and we were missing a lot of online business. Azguard Technolabs has enhanced the presentation of our webiste, and made it very user friendly.

They have also done some SEO work for us, which has tremendously increased the visibility of the site as well as the traffic, and consequently our revenue online. Azguard hs also helped us with our Amazon business platform. This is a great company who is very professional, and really cares about its customers well being.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Azguards to develop an eCommerce site based on Magento using a modern futuristic design. Adding products and descriptions as well as services offered in a clear concise way. Our customers are in multiple countries so adding the ability for the site to auto-select the correct location and also accept payments in the correct currency with multiple payment options was delivered. Azguards provided weekly updates and training throughout the process to keep us well-informed and comfortable with the entire process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had weekly meetings where we were shown the progress from our vision and descriptions to theme options and design possibilities. From there we were able to see a sandbox version of the site and able to offer feedback on what we liked and what could be changed. Logo uploads and theme design were quick and adaptable. 

We were able to complete milestones and progress quickly from design to customer experience and payment gateways. The Azguards team kept me informed on deliverables and estimated timelines to keep up with our projected launch date. Overall it was an excellent experience and would recommend their team to anyone looking for a great site from an experienced and adaptable team.

We had weekly virtual meetings where we were kept up to date with timelines and deliverables to keep the project moving toward our launch date. We were also able to communicate via email and get any questions answered or provide options before or after our meetings. They listened to what I was looking for and offered their expertise throughout the process.

Their team's ability to take our vision and description and turn it into a beautiful website we are proud to show our customers. They were quick to respond and solve any issues we had with the technology that we were not familiar with prior to working with Azguards.

Nothing comes to mind. The whole process was enjoyable and their team was a pleasure to work with.
