What challenge were you trying to address with Awrosoft?

Our team needed to build a web application for staff generation. We wanted the application to automate standardized searches, filter by source, and be saved in our system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Using Windows web design tools to build the app, Awrosoft handled everything from programming and development to frontend design. The app is a URL that’s only accessible to our employees. It allows them to fill in the form for candidates who are seeking a job.

Awrosoft is currently building a website and web app integration that’ll allow our job seekers to create a profile for themselves. The candidates will be able to fill in all the fields for filtering. They’re handling the front- and backend development, again using Windows design tools.

What is the status of this engagement?

The web application project lasted from May–July 2019. However, our collaboration is ongoing as we continue this new project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Awrosoft met our expectations and successfully implemented our requests. We’re very satisfied with their work because it has met all of our standards. The staff is happy with the app’s UX and ease of candidate sourcing. After the initial launch, some features needed to be modified but Awrosoft took care of it.

How did Awrosoft perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly use Skype to communicate. They’re always available and if not, they respond within 24 hours. Awrosoft works quickly to fix any issues that arise.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Awrosoft listens to their clients and wants to help them stand out and feel special. They don’t copycat other services. Their team works hard to meet all our requirements and understand the needs of our business. They also excel at localizing national concepts and meeting local standards.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m very satisfied.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re in the field of web design, PRPs, or databases, then they’re your go-to company. They’re wonderful, detail-oriented people who put their customers first.

I’m the IT systems administrator at Czech Academy City.

What challenge were you trying to address with Awrosoft?

We wanted to develop a web application that would serve as a university management system.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team developed a management system that includes features like file transferring, an HR system, and attendance-tracking. It’s a large system that’s comprised of different sectors and systems, but it’s all accessible through the web. Awrosoft worked to ensure the security of the sections and servers, particularly those pertaining to the accounting department.

They used ASP.NET MVC Core, SQL server, and other web technologies. The platform integrates our student accounts and the ID management system. The entire build took around one year, but now we’re in the support and troubleshooting phase.   

What is the team composition?

Throughout the project, 7-10 different people worked on the platform. However, there were three main people responsible for this system. We’re in direct with contact with Godar (Founder & CEO, Awrosoft), as well as with a couple of others for troubleshooting in the support phase.

How did you come to work with Awrosoft?

They weren’t the only company that responded to our RFP, but we selected them because they had a good reputation. After viewing their past work, I felt that they were the best choice for us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $78,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted between July 2018 to March 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

While I don’t have any quantitative feedback—especially because KPIs are difficult to gather when the platform is segmented into different sections—I’m happy with the product. The team has proved to be very proactive and responsive in addressing issues that come up. While we had some functionality problems in the beginning, these were resolved fairly quickly.  

How did Awrosoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was effective. They allocated time to deliver each different section of the platform and were able to execute in a timely manner. Although this was infrequent, we sometimes changed our minds about a requirement. In these critical cases, we’d email them, and they’d communicate back that they would implement the changes. Otherwise, we communicated daily on the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They delivered everything that we wanted. I know they’ll continue to be successful in these kinds of projects, so I wish them luck.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re very successful in working for the private sector. Since we’re in a developing country, I wish their technical expertise extended into government services. I’m sure they’d be successful in managing a government project.

I recommend working with them for online applications because they were very successful.

We needed a third-party to help us with some of our web and mobile development

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our web and mobile app, and are still supporting us with the website. They’re in full control of the backend of the website. We have a live stream and an on-demand video channel that they manage the backside of as well. In-house, we have a team post new videos and manage social media.

They are using a .NET framework for the website. The mobile app is for iOS and Android. They created the website and apps from scratch, but the frontend of the website is done by us. The HTML, CSS, and the programming part is done by them, as well as continued support and added features and updates.

What is the team composition?

There are 5–6 people: three engineers and two designers.

How did you come to work with Awrosoft?

The owner of Awrosoft is my classmate. He’s a good guy and a committed person.

How much have you invested with them?

$60,000. We pay $3,500 monthly for support.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2014 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have an option for users to send feedback, and according to their feedback, they really like the website and the way we arrange the categories. Several other TV channels or news channels have asked us to tell them what company we used to build our website.

How did Awrosoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very kind people. We communicate via mobile phone and email. Sometimes they come to our location to fix issues quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are very committed to the success of your project and provide great ongoing support to that end.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need more experience to manage their projects though. They communicate well, but sometimes they’re late, and they’re not very well organized in requirement gathering. They need a good project manager to manage their projects.

I recommend you choose Awrosoft. They are the best in this area.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was a massive failure, system can't handle 10 clicks, a get request to get some static html takes more than 20 seconds. total failure, waste of time and money.

The items never delivered, the project is a failure, students need 10 days just to select lectures just because it's so slow and just crashes.
