How did you select this vendor?

Avyatech Technology Private Limited-is the ideal Web site builder, Online Store builder and an outstanding IT group. A little history: Years ago, I started converting my simple web site, that contained only content and images into a full online store. The first roadblock that popped up was the payment gateway.

As it happened, the payment gateway company listed freelance developer Chandan Kumar as a person to fix the problem or my lack of knowledge. That started a long-term relationship with Chandan Kumar. Since that start, Chandan has grown Avyatech Technology into a full-service digital agency.

I call Avyatech “My private high-end and cost-effective IT shop”. Avyatech specialize in API integrations including order management, ERP, 3PL, marketing automation platforms, inventory and warehouse, point of sale, and other technologies. If Chandan Kumar and Avyatech had a motto it would be “We will start on your project today!”

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They provided a detail report listing the activities, responsibility and the ETA Hours and other costs. Other items where also included: Custom Search function added, modify code to the payment system, cleanup the social media accounts, review Google Analysis, clean backside errors and plugins.

What was the team composition?

Chandan Kumar was the team leader and my contact point.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The work on the site is only a few days old and we are seeing the organic product advertising program beginning to work. As any online business will tell you if the organic work it's money in the bank and not to the click ads programs.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The work flow was very smooth and was all setup by all techs working on staging sites and emails.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their very smooth and easy to follow process impressed us. If it needed to be changed that will not ever a problem or a slow down in the work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The major areas for improvements is our knowledge of terms and how the big picture looks.
