What challenge were you trying to address with Avira Digital Studios?

We needed help with CRM development. We wanted to develop a customized CRM solution that could streamline our business operations, improve client management, and automate repetitive workflows. The main objective was to build a centralized system where we could efficiently manage leads, customer interactions, sales pipelines, task assignments, reporting, and internal communication in one platform.
Additionally, we wanted the CRM to be scalable, user-friendly, and tailored specifically to our business processes rather than using a generic off-the-shelf solution. Another key goal was to improve team productivity, reduce manual work, and gain better visibility into customer data and performance metrics through automation and reporting features.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Avira Digital Studios has handled the end-to-end CRM development and workflow optimization for us. The scope of work has included planning, UI/UX design, custom development, system integration, testing, and deployment of a centralized CRM platform tailored to our operational requirements.
The primary deliverables have included custom CRM dashboard development, lead and client management system, sales pipeline and task tracking modules, user role and access management, workflow automation features, reporting and analytics dashboard, responsive UI/UX design for desktop and mobile use, integration with communication and internal management tools, performance optimization and security implementation, and ongoing technical support and improvements. 
In addition to development, Avira Digital Studios has also assisted in improving usability, simplifying internal processes, and creating a scalable system that could support future operational growth.

Key deliverables included a fully developed website, SEO-optimized pages, proper keyword targeting, technical setup (speed and mobile optimization), and performance tracking. The result is a website that looks professional, ranks better, and brings in relevant traffic.
