domain name already purchased but otherwise nothing else was ready. I needed help to build a simple and functional website. Authority Roadmap walked me through all the setup live on videocall and trained me to use WP Engine to upload assets and write copy. I was shown how to use a plugin to set up an "coming soon" page while working on the website. It was by a step-by-step recording that was easy to follow. The website is not yet ready as I'm still working on the copy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is incomplete because it's up to be to launch it once I fill out all the pages with information. I did achieve 3 objectsives so far: have a Coming Soon page with links to emaila nd social media, have an email alias set up to look more professional than an @gmail.com, and I know how to nagivate the Editor mode on WP Engine. 

On top of achieving as much indepence as possible, I still get direct assistance to a real programmer who can help answer questions or fix issues for me if I did something wrong.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Since it's just one of me working with one of them, it's very easy and direct. He would respond to my emails and where it cannot be resolved over email or if I asked for a live call, we would schedule a time that works for me. The response time are usually within 2 working days which is very good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have not worked with anyone else on a website before so I don't have somehting to compare to. I appreciated Authority Roadmap's goal to help me set up a free basic website for individuals and small businesses/organisations with the aim to educate them on ways to keep the costs down while still getting the results (ie. having an updated and good looking website that doesn't bleed money) so that we can focus on other aspects of business growth.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Authority Roadmap could have done differently?

Not in my opinion. I think I'm getting premium service for peanuts.
