Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a motorcycle, ATV, and UTV repair business. Our specialty is power sports.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Austintatious Design?
When moving our business from California to Texas, we needed to make an emergency business name change across our entire brand. We hired them to help us with the process.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Through the name change process, it was their responsibility to make sure we were compliant with Texas state law. While it wasn’t a significant technical change, they were tasked with adapting all of our social media content to describe us as specialists rather than engineers. We had a very short timeframe that needed to be met or our business was to be shut down in Texas.
Since that project, they’ve created a new website for us. They built the site through Google AMP and tightened up our SEO and PPC strategy. We’re also using their hosting services, and they provide us with ongoing assistance whenever we need it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They took care of the name change in record time, allowing our company to comply with Texas state law in the required timeframe.
The website has also been running well, especially on mobile devices. When customers come to our shop, I always ask them how they heard about our services. People often compliment the site, and it delivers the perfect amount of information end-users need to make a buying decision. About 60% of the time, they found us through organic search. I’m very happy with the number of customers I’m getting through their digital work. Their work has been very effective.
How did Austintatious Design perform from a project management standpoint?
They deliver on time and within our budget. Most of our communication is through either email or text.
What did you find most impressive about them?
