BACKGROUND

I am the SEO/SEA expert of Team F

We provide marketing solutions for small and medium sized enterprises. We have inhouse SEA, SEO, Site Design, Logo Design, Social Media, Social Advertising specialists. We provide a flexible marketing team for hire for SME.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

• Site building via elementor (and other builder plugins)/custom coded plugins/custom site building
• Site design
• Quick bug fixes, other fixes, troubleshooting

SOLUTION

upwork.com

• High ratings
• Pricing fit our budget

They have completed many different projects over many years. Projects included:

• Building wordpress sites in a variety of builders (mostly elementor) based on our custom designs
• Building webshops
• Designing sites
• Designing the rest of a site based on 1 pager early design drafts by us
• Many bugfixes
• Help with troubleshooting, even on sites they didn't build (very helpful and flexible)
• Helping with other site related questions (SEO/hosting stuff)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Met all project deadlines on time.
Always delivered.
Made sure the technical side of the site was always good.

One example: they made sure the all metadata of different products were transferred to the new site when they built a new webshop for a client. Made sure the SEO metadata was all correct so the traffic would not take much of a hit. It all went smoothly and the project was completed to the satisfaction of the client.

Always delivered on time.
Always willing to help whenever there's bugs, or other problems (even on projects they weren't involved in at first).
Always open for feedback and adjustments on projects, even after they've been completed.

Email or Messaging App

Most impressive is they always seem to be able to fix and help with anything we send their way. They're also very friendly in all of their communication.

Hardly any area of improvement. There seems to be the slightest difference in quality of work sometimes, as I'm sure we don't always have the same people on our projects. So maybe some clarity regarding who's on the project would be nice. But really, they always deliver.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

AuspiciousSoft has been our long-term technology partner since March 2025. They designed, developed, and continue to maintain our cross-platform mobile application for iOS and Android, a custom backend, and multiple web-based management systems. The project included user authentication, subscription management, multilingual support, digital portfolio creation, training modules, job applications, push notifications, payment integrations, and a comprehensive admin panel for managing users, content, and jobs. In addition to the mobile platform, they developed a custom Sales Panel integrated with HubSpot, WhatsApp, and other third-party services to automate applicant management, communication, audition scheduling, and performance analytics across multiple European markets. Throughout the collaboration, they have continuously delivered new features, resolved technical challenges, optimized performance, and provided ongoing maintenance as our platform has grown.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully launched our platform on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, onboarded our first users, automated applicant communication and audition scheduling through our custom Sales Panel, and created a scalable platform that supports our expansion into multiple European markets. The solution has greatly reduced manual administrative work while giving us the flexibility to continuously introduce new features.  They delivered a robust, scalable platform and were always willing to refine features until they met our expectations. Although timelines occasionally shifted due to the evolving scope of our project, they remained transparent, highly responsive, and consistently prioritized urgent requests. Their communication is by far one of the best we’ve experienced.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

AuspiciousSoft managed the project professionally and remained highly responsive throughout our collaboration. Their communication has been exceptional, often replying within minutes or even seconds, and they have frequently been available outside regular business hours, including weekends when urgent issues required attention. Due to the complexity and evolving nature of the platform, some timelines shifted as new requirements and features were introduced, which was understandable. Communication was always clear and proactive, and the team consistently listened to our feedback, implemented changes quickly, and worked with us to find the best solutions. Their flexibility, dedication, and reliability have made them an excellent long-term development partner.

What was your primary form of communication with Auspicious Soft Pvt Ltd?

Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their exceptional communication and dedication. They consistently respond within minutes, and often within seconds, which is something we have rarely experienced with other development companies. Even outside regular business hours and during weekends, they have been available when urgent issues arose. Beyond their responsiveness, they genuinely think along with us. Rather than simply following instructions, they contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and work collaboratively to find the best solution for our business. Their combination of technical expertise, flexibility, and commitment to long-term success has made them feel like an extension of our own team rather than an external development company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Auspicious Soft Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

Honestly, there are no major areas for improvement. Every project has its challenges, especially when developing a complex custom platform, but the team has always been willing to listen, adapt, and resolve issues quickly. If I had one suggestion, it would be to continue providing even more proactive timeline estimates for larger feature releases. Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with the collaboration and look forward to continuing our partnership.
