Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company was established in UAE in the year 2006, and has grown substantially with its client based in UAE, Kingdom of Bahrain, Sultanate of Oman, Kuwait and African Countries.

From Retail security, the company has diversified into providing the best of the breed in Software Technology, Bar-coding Technology, Time Attendance & Access Control Systems, ID cards Solutions & Security System. Currently I am serving as an Ecommerce manager of this company.

For what projects/services did your company hire AuroCoders, and what were your goals?

We hired AuroCoders for migration of our ecommerce website from Woo-commerce to Magento 2 for better scalability & security features. We wanted to build a modern-looking ultra-fast website so that we can stand tall with competitors.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Basically, we were looking for an eCommerce agency that has in-depth level expertise on Magento platform and also who are the solution partners of Adobe. We got to know about Aurocoders after searching on Google.

In the initial conversation, I have discussed the problems we were facing along with our expectations and by understanding our needs they have suggested what would be the best project execution approach and also what activities that need to be done to make the existing solution more stabilized and improvised in terms of technical and architectural perspective.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

As part of our new ecommerce website development on Magento, they have provided following services: Solution level consulting, Performance tuning, magento custom extension development, UI/UX designing and theme update, seamless periodic deployment & go-live new features, server monitoring and data backup/restore.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A delivery manager was our main point of contact throughout the process, but they have complete team working behind the scene of UI/UX Designer, Solution specialist, Backend & Frontend Developers, QA.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The services they provided are tremendous and quick. They promptly understand our requirement and the problems which we were facing with our web store and immediately provide the best suitable solution. The UX and performance of our new web store is highly improved and due to that we have nearly tripled our conversion rate.

Also now our back-office team can seamlessly manage day-to-day based eCommerce operations in no-time.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The overall management of the project done by the team was excellent and they were using JIRA PMS system through which anytime I have quick glance of project work and activities. Communication and support by each project team members are up-to the mark. I am very happy with their on-time delivery and effective internal and external communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Aurocoders is an Adobe solution partner company with a team of certified Magento developers, also their team members were very courteous and responsive.
