Our iOS and Android applications were developed in ASPARROW TECH with the platform we used called Magento. This online marketplace is used by customers for purchasing products, follow-up of the orders placed, and more product information.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

According to the results of our experiment, during the first month of existence after its delivery to app stores, our application was downloaded by 1,000 users, which will be beneficial for the further development of any new social platform. At the moment, the application has 4.4 stars. Even though we had some issues to start with, ASPARROW TECH was able to overcome them successfully.

Basically, project management in ASPARROW TECH was well-directed and professional. The tracking of tasks was done through the use of Jira while mashing was done through Skype and both proved efficient until the completion of the project.

• Development and Release: Setting up the program to be launched in the intended hosting environment. Setting up databases, servers, and other necessary infrastructure components

The best aspect was that, despite other organizations' quotes for a three-year project timeline, we finished it in just one year, and my company is really satisfied with the outcome. We have also completed 80% of the project.
