The Direct marketing, e-commerce and mail order trade association (ADMEZ) was established by the merger of the Mail Order Association (SZO) and the Association of Direct Marketing Agencies (ADMA) at a joint general meeting in May 1997. Since then, the number of its members has more than doubled.
ADMEZ is a professional association of legal entities and individuals engaged in direct marketing and distance selling. Within the Czech Republic, it is a member of the Trade and Tourism Association, and internationally, it is a member of the European E-commerce and Mail Order Trade Association (EMOTA) and the Federation of European Direct and Interactive Marketing (FEDMA). It cooperates with a number of other professional organizations and educational entities.
