Once we accepted their proposal, we worked with our project lead to facilitate each step of development. We were given weekly updates and have an active chat channel that keeps us up to date on our app.

We have a project lead, several developers, and a designer.

We have a working app that is both the IOS and google play store.

This went fairly smooth. Occasionally there would be miscommunication but we were always able to resolve and escalate issues when they arrived.
