I’m the owner of an interior design company that caters primarily to business establishments.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Art-Sites?

I hired Art-Sites to develop my website as well as do branding and marketing for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Art-Sites started the website development process with a design and a prototype. They built everything on WordPress, followed the agreed-upon format, and gave me full site control as an administrator. I’ve been able to correct any content on the website through an admin panel.

Later on, the team moved into optimizing the website when it was failing to bring in business. They’ve kickstarted a digital marketing campaign that encompassed Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. We’ve not yet gone into doing paid advertisements within our city, but we will be exploring that option as the project progresses. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with four people from their team. For the website development, we were in constant communication with the designer and the project manager. For the marketing aspect, we communicated with another project manager. The owner of the business also stepped in from time to time to answer strategic questions.

How did you come to work with Art-Sites?

We’re acquainted with some of the people who work in this industry and they recommended that I work with Art-Sites. I found out that we were based in the same city, so I gave them a shot. I also saw that they were good people developers, which played into my decision to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost for the project was around $5,500. We paid $3,000 for the development of the website, $500 for the optimization, and $2,000 for the advertisements.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership started in September of 2016. We are still working together as they continue to do some marketing for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don't remember the exact figures but, in general, we’ve gotten nearly 500 website visitors, It’s a good number against our city’s population of around 200,000 people. I’m satisfied with the process and the result of Art-Sites’ work.

How did Art-Sites perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything is delivered on time. I'm satisfied with our communication with the project managers. They are very polite and pleasant to work with. We mainly use Telegram to reach one another since our tasks are pretty simple.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Art-Sites is are a one-stop-shop agency. I don't have to hire different people for different tasks or make management functions to communicate with different contractors. They provide full-circle services from development up to marketing, and it’s very advantageous for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would like for them to create more in-depth strategies and provide insight on what I will get if I invested in a new direction.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want, your tasks, and your audience because nobody knows your business better than you. Once you go to Art Sites or to any other organization, you should know what direction you want to move towards. Nobody will make this work except for you.
