We hired arka for the development of a fantasy application. Since we didn't much manpower, we hired this team to develop the fantasy application.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered periodically and implemented features which both parties went through to ascertain it conforms to the goal and this cycle continued

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also more than 3 developers behind the scene but that's the best to my knowledge

We still in the pre kick-off stage so will be able to measure that soon

We had weekly stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used basecamp skype for collaboration
