What challenge were you trying to address with Arihant Web Consultancy?

We wanted a professional and efficient platform so customers could come to our website and get a solid first impression. Moreover, we needed a platform to capture all the data points our clients bring to us. Since we work with many families in the community, we have them fill out intake information.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Arihant Web Consultancy has created our platform from scratch and a state-of-the-art database to run our back office. The project is still under development because we keep adding more tasks. We initially provided some documents and talked about what we wanted. They took notes of that information and ran with it. Then, they told us how we needed to proceed to make it happen.

They’ve worked on design and development. The website is simple and has many pages; the backend is a bit more challenging, although simple enough for people to use it. We haven’t asked for anything specific; we’ve allowed Arihant Web Consultancy to make executive decisions to create the best navigation.

Website traffic has increased, but more importantly, the site has helped our business run more efficiently. Before, we used documents from various platforms, but the new platform has everything in one place. Customers can get everything they need, which increases our productivity as an agency to see more clients and generate more revenue.

Additionally, we always get compliments on how awesome it looks. The portal has had bugs, but Arihant Web Consultancy fixes them within 24–48 hours.

How did Arihant Web Consultancy perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re easy to work with because they’re willing to make necessary adjustments. We mainly communicate through WhatsApp and Zoom.
