We looked for QA and testing of our in house developed Application and ARF did a wonderful job.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They had a good profile and referred by a colleague

Their team checked the application work flows , did extensive crash and performance tests and highlighted bugs within our code.

We had two of their resources working closely with us.

We found flaws and bugs within our product.

I’m the founder & CEO of a Braille smartwatch tech startup company.

We hired ARF Interactives’ web development service to make our conventional website better in design and cyber security.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The CEO of ARF Interactives: Faiz was one of my relatives at a same workplace. Faiz was really talented in engineering and had a really good understanding of technology.

We met online once every week to discuss potential designs for our website, and we continually shared the work progress and feedbacks through email and slack. The work qualities were perfect and the team was amazing.

Five people worked for my project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

ARF Interactives’ work quality was beyond amazing, and the team served very well. They surprised me by ending the work two weeks prior to the deadline. I loved their web development, and people love our website. On a scale out of 10, I would give a 10.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Used email the most, and used Slacks too. Every team members were fast in reply. They were very nice for the entire process.

They worked fast, and the quality of their work was promising.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, all the works were perfect for me.
