I am the Founder of Paisley on the Web.

We are a group of like minded people who came together to challenge the negative image that Paisley had at that time and there was a so called drugs war happening, and the police were doing their best but it never seemed to get anywhere.. This is due to the people get spoken to and they do not have fear no longer..

• Our old site just wasn’t cutting it anymore. It looked outdated, ran slow, and was hard for our team to update. We needed something fresh that actually worked for the people using it. The site is important for the community, so it had to be clean, simple to use, and easy to manage on our end too.
• We didn’t want just a quick design fix. We needed a full rebuild that made the site useful again.

Arch started with design. They helped us figure out what the layout should look like, what kind of pages we needed, and how to make it all easier for people to find what they’re looking for.

After that, they handled all the building in Webflow. They took care of making the site faster, more modern, and just a lot more useful. We also talked about adding features like blogs and directories later, and they built it in a way that we can scale up when we’re ready.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Right after launch, we could tell the site was better. People are spending more time on it. They’re finding stuff faster, and it just feels easier to use.

We’ve also gotten fewer emails asking where to find things. Before, people would get lost or give up. Now they’re staying longer and clicking more.

Even on our side, it’s way easier to update content. We’re not scared we’re going to break anything when we make changes.

They were solid. On time, clear with what they were doing, and always easy to reach. We had regular check-ins, and they kept things moving without needing much from us.

If we had questions or changes, they got on it fast. It never felt like we were being left in the dark.

They just got it. We didn’t have to explain things over and over. They understood what our site was for and who it was serving. That really helped move things along.

They also didn’t overcomplicate anything. Everything was straightforward and practical. It felt like they actually cared about building something that worked, not just something that looked nice.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Arch Web Design could have done differently?

No, I can’t think of anything. They delivered what we asked for, and we’re happy with how it turned out.

They did a full redesign of our site and made sure it was simple to use and clean. they helped with messaging and made the content easier to understand. also helped us set up the basics for seo so people could actually find us online. we went through a bunch of edits and they handled all of it without any pushback

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After we launched the new site our website health score went from under 70 to over 95. seo started showing results in the first week with more than 10 percent boost. our team gave great feedback too especially sales they were pumped to finally have a site they liked sharing.

They were super fast with responses. we had a lot of review rounds and they got on every request right away. when we asked for something that maybe didn’t work great for seo or design they explained it in plain english so we could figure out what made sense. always felt like they had our back.

They were just really patient and detail-oriented. they let us go at our own pace and never made us feel rushed. even with all our changes they kept the same energy and helped us get to something we really liked. just a great team.

Honestly nothing bad to say. the whole thing went smooth. would totally work with them again.

We had been speaking to Arch since 2021 about partnering for when we needed extra firepower in regards to development. Rhami and the team have been fantastic partners on multiple projects, with tight deadlines.

Rhami had great answers to my questions. Very knowledgeable and incredibly flexible.

Webflow development, several projects of various sizes, being handled in tandem. Migration work, new builds, the Arch team handled in stride.

We had a PM and 2 developers, with the CEO doing check-ins.

We hit all targets, with amazing results. Clients were happy and our team was stress-free.

Multiple quick check-ins per week. Was quick with changes and response times. Multiple communication channels were offered - based on our way of working. Once again, stress-free.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The amount of flexibility. They were able to work and pivot through every challenge that popped up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For now, no. We have a great relationship and will look to bring them in more often.
