I provided them with a clear vision, something that allowed each podcast to have a dynamic, individualized profile page, while keeping the backend easy to manage for our internal team. Arch translated that into a functional, well-structured system that allows us to highlight our shows, manage episode content, and offer seamless interaction points for our audience and partners.

Arch broke the project into small steps, which helped a lot. Each meeting had a clear goal. They asked the right questions and explained things in simple terms. They built a custom CMS so our team could post updates, swap photos, and add links on our own.

Kaitlyn ran the project and used a tool to show progress. We always knew what was happening. When the site was ready, they gave us short videos to help train our team. Even now, we still use those videos for new hires.

Their team also improved how our site feels to users  easier to find stuff, better layout, and a smoother experience. They’re still doing ongoing SEO work, which helps us stay up to date.

They kicked off with a detailed audit of our website  looking at things like page structure, loading issues, and keyword gaps. Then they dived deep into keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategy.

They didn’t just give us keywords  they grouped them into topical clusters based on our core themes. For example, we worked on areas like business simulations, microlearning strategies, and sustainability-focused training. This helped us publish focused, high-quality content that actually matches what our audience is looking for.

They also did backlink analysis and found areas where we were falling behind competitors. Their recommendations helped us build stronger authority in key areas.

After that, they handled all the building in Webflow. They took care of making the site faster, more modern, and just a lot more useful. We also talked about adding features like blogs and directories later, and they built it in a way that we can scale up when we’re ready.
