Efficiency of internal processes from production line manufacturing to inventory,  delivery status, and sales tracking. Also, analytics on  sales analysis.  Customer satisfaction tracking and rating reviews optimized. Customer acquisition metrics and optimization.

Taking the application from idea to MVP. Starting with wireframes and integration of engineering and UX in phase one. Delivered on time and budget in 12 weeks. Phase two included building out the back end and A/B testing for consistent functionality. Another 12 weeks. Delivered on time and on budget. Phase 3 iterations as we tweaked out user acquisition.
