Apptunix did not follow the project plan. They kept pressuring the client to move on to the next milestone without meeting their initial goals, and internal stakeholders were particularly disappointed in the service provider's cost-deficient approach, lack of accountability, and unresponsiveness.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
This was the worst experience possible. For starters they did not follow the promised project plan. I never received wireframes in the beginning of the project and they kept pressuring me to move on to the next milestone when things were not finished for the current one and said it was cruicial in order to meet our timeline goal and keep the project moving. One of the reasons I chose them was for their expertise in building a mobile app but it turned out they didn't have much. I had to draw sketches of a lot of the designs and explain some technical flow things to them as well. When I pushed back and ask for them to finished a milestone before moving on to the next they refused and ended the project until I paid more. I had to get my legal team involved and ultimately ended up cutting my losses, walking away with no design, no app, and huge loss in funds. I would not recommend this company to anyone, I had a bad feeling from day one with how they were rushing me to sign the contract and even gave me a discount to do so. The only work they did was on figma, and so basic codes with poor design integrations. Huge loss and mistake on my part. I hope this review helps save someone time and money.
