The main thing was making it easy for users to browse, rent, buy, or sell cars without getting lost in menus. They also worked on the backend and dashboards so our team and suppliers could manage listings, track bookings, and handle payments more smoothly. Along the way, they fixed bugs, improved speed, added filters and search, and made sure everything could handle more users as we grow.

Since the new app and website went live, we’ve definitely seen improvements. Users are able to browse and book much faster, and complaints about bugs or slow loading have dropped a lot. The dashboards for suppliers are way easier to use, so they can manage their listings without us having to step in. Overall, things just feel smoother, more reliable, and we can handle more users and listings than before, which shows the system is actually working the way we hoped.

Apptunix has designed our B2C application. The team has brought our UI design to life. Apptunix has also challenged us, which has made us realize many things we hadn’t considered.

We’ve worked with 4–5 teammates from Apptunix. Our main point of contact and project manager is Pallavi.

We found them through research and browsing. We chose them over other options because of their cost efficiency and good reviews.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2025 and ended in September 2025. However, we're testing and in the AMC phase.

We’ve been impressed with Apptunix’s problem-solving skills and communication. We’ve enjoyed our journey of developing our first app and learned a lot from the project team. We've seen satisfactory user engagement, performance improvements, and user feedback.

Apptunix has delivered on time. We usually communicate via WhatsApp and email for official instructions and change requests.
