Our website was created over 10 years ago and had become outdated. We didn't have the ability to properly track traffic, conversions, and general analytics. It was time from a complete redesign. We hired Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to work with us for a ground up redesign of our website and move it from a Wix platform to WordPress site. 

The goal was to modernize the website, give the customers a clean experience, ensure the site worked seamlessly across multiple platforms, and substantially increase traffic within a year.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss goal and objectives. The team delivered mock-ups for our site and worked closely with us for numerous revisions and iterations. Once that was set, their team developed a WordPress site and started adding content. It was a very collaborative effort and we again went through numerous iterations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After launching the site, we are finally able to track and get good data via Google Analytics. The site looks clean and modern and is simple to navigate.

Several Zoom calls initially for introductions as well as to communicate scope and vision of project. Most communication afterwards was via email due to the time difference. A few Zoom calls towards the end of the project.

We first had a meeting with Appnox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to go over the specifics of the project and create a schedule. Everything, including development, design, and discovery, fell within their purview. We discussed our ideas with Appnox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. during the design phase, and they used our ideas to produce mock-ups, color schemes, and layouts. The final UI design for the app was created using the mock-ups. 
They then developed the application's MVP. They assisted us with the release after evaluating the MVP and creating the app from the ground up for iOS and Android. They also provided us with services for app store optimization (ASO).
The average person who wishes to better manage their finances and arrange their monthly expenditures should use this software. Users of the software can better manage their bills and own a more solid rapport with their finances. Through intelligent alerts, the software helps users manage their expenses and makes sure they pay them on time. We also offer a function that helps customers understand how they spend their money and leverages that information to suggest investments.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

 We've partnered with other business who have distributed our app to their customers, and the feedback we've received has been overwhelmingly good. We had heard positive things about the idea even before we released the app, so it's encouraging to see those comments continue once it has been out.

Appmox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was set up from the start. The design team was outstanding; they completed the job on schedule and within our allocated budget. They followed a well-defined procedure that was in place. 

Every software has bugs, but the crew quickly fixed and fixed them. They took suggestions well and put them into practice. Microsoft Teams was our communication tool, and they responded quickly.
