Owner of my own shop. Had this idea (about a booking app system) a while ago with capabilities in product development. After several months of searching, led me to Appkodes.
Bought directly from them, customized it as I please (with limitations of course), and launched it. Best suited for A/B testing, product-market fit, or and even launching your product essentially. Comes at a fair price, decent UI, and a very mature system.

The idea is the sharing economy business model or peer-to-peer economy. The project was for a booking app system. Seen the opportunity back then, got the idea out of it, and decided to work on it. The goal is succeeding this idea.

They checked all boxes I need (for this exact idea). For start sales and IT helpdesk are responsive enough. Decent price. Customization (even though is very limited).

Like I said earlier, they have a mature system already. They have a dashboard for the project - I can issue anything in ticket - Chat capability - Help guide - Timeline of the project - Message notification - so on Basically, they know what they are doing

They are working on the project and update it on the dashboard. You can issue them a ticket in the dashboard, there is also chat capability in there as well. They took your brief from scratch and final is launch it in-store as you please
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Mature system.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Yeah - Some add-ons are mandatory. And it's very nonethical to make it an additional charges package. Some additional charges packages are too damn expensive, even though it's a "must-have" add-on for today's standard. Customization is very limited, I know a mature system is harder to change but there is always room for that. Maybe you can customize the layout (for example) rather than just creativity material and language

Waste of Time and Money When I purchased the script then they agreed to provide updated code, Old codes provided, not updates after it. Their support teams are rubbish, not updates. Try any other company, please!
