AppIncubator has done an excellent job; they've created a high-quality app and are now adding the final touches. The UI response timing is really great, and so is the layout, which has retained our branding. We've used Excel to track our KPIs.

AppIncubator's project management is satisfactory. We communicate through Skype. We used to get on calls with AppIncubator every week to discuss the project's progress, which was also noted in an Excel spreadsheet and Trello.

AppIncubator's quality of work, communication, and ability to deliver on time are fantastic. If they're unable to deliver on time, they communicate it quickly, highlighting the bad news along with the good.

AppIncubator could utilize more tools to make the process smoother. Trello was good to use, but other tools are easier to use that could help manage a project.

Everything stayed on track while they were building the solution: the communication was proper, and the delivery was on time. Sometimes there were delays from my end because of my hectic schedule, but from their end, everything ran smoothly.

They used tracking tools to keep us updated during the development as well. Communication was mainly through Skype, and we also had weekly calls for updates in this period.

AppIncubator developed an e-commerce website and mobile app for our business. We’re not very technical people, so they advised us on what technology was best to use and what we would need to provide for the project.

We started working with them in October 2021, and the first version of both platforms was delivered in February 2022. They are currently working on some of our feedback.

We now have about 30,000–40,000 people using the application. We’ve sent messages to all of our existing customers about our new digital platforms, but we’re considering promoting it further through TV advertisements.

We didn’t have to do much on our end. AppIncubator simply took our requirements and managed everything on their own. We mostly met through Zoom and in person. 

They were fantastic at understanding our requirements and proposing a good solution at a minimal cost. Compared to the other companies that we spoke to, this team wasn’t trying to take advantage of the fact that we knew very little about development. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like that, compared to other providers, AppIncubator didn’t ask too many questions. They simply suggested the most suitable technology and explained to us how we could bring in a lot of customers and revenue through it. That was very helpful because we were too busy and couldn’t commit time to the project.

No, nothing stands out at the moment. Perhaps in a year after implementation, I can provide suggestions on what to change or improve with the app and website.
