What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

ERP outcomes:

• The solution they delivered, organized the whole company's workflow, we went from having paper stacks and chaos in every department to a well organized and efficiently working organization
• We now have live production and sales statistics, which can be used for prediction. Thanks to the platform they built, we can even plan the precisely required production of our goods from a hourly basis or even the demands months away

Online and POS sales applications:

• Increased our company's revenue by 30% in the first year, and we are expecting even more growth from the online space in the following years
• First-to-market Delivery app in this segment
• Streamlined POS experience for our customers and employees, hassle-free delivery note generation for moving goods between physical stores, simple goods receipt process

During the project, a barcode-based inventory management application was developed, along with a corresponding mobile application, both designed and prepared for integration with a future webshop.

Thanks to the real-time inventory information provided by the system, as well as the warning emails received when products run out of stock, we are able to save several hours of work each week.
