The team really worked hard especially during the design and implementation phase, there were multiple correction procedures, overall the project was delivered with minimal issues.

Single point of contact represented by the project manager which was really effective in moving fast during the deployment.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by their attention to detail and how they took ownership of changes, understanding the company business and requirements and targets before they started the actual work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing much to mention here, maybe if they do payment plan or payment can be done upon project handover and not through milestones during the project deployment.

Project management was done through Adam, we had weekly calls sharing the requirements and outcomes. Everything was well organized. Jira for tracking was used along with Slack for communication

They don’t need to be monitored or tracked, they deliver what they committed to with the lowest rate of complications or requirements from the customer side.

NA, was really a good experience working with them.
