Rhulani Ndlovu, Founder and Managing Director, has over 12 years of project and programme management experience across ICT and large-scale government-funded skills development programmes. She holds PRINCE2, ITIL4, P3O and Agile certifications and has managed programmes involving 2,000–3,000 learners for South African government departments including the Department of Labour (UIF). Her ICT delivery experience includes ServiceNow, Ivanti, Freshservice and Cherwell implementations for clients including Pink Elephant EMEA and Transnet.
Business Partner Anton Fourie brings over 37 years of deep ICT expertise, providing APMF Group with senior technical leadership and strategic capability that few consulting firms of our size can match.
Our team of certified project managers and coordinators are experienced, deployment-ready, and structured to deliver across both government and private sector engagements.
