I'm the trustee of Shri Swaminarayan Ashram in Rishikesh, a religious trust offering spiritual, educational, health, and charitable services, including pilgrim lodging, Vedic education, yoga, free meals, wellness programs, and daily Ganga Aarti for the community.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Apexture Private Limited developed two core platforms — a customer-facing web application for online bookings and a dedicated admin web portal for internal management. On the customer side, the team built a seamless online booking and reservation flow, allowing guests to browse room availability, select dates, and complete bookings in just a few steps.A real-time calendar and availability management system was integrated to ensure accurate room availability at all times and eliminate double bookings. Payment integration was also part of the scope, enabling guests to securely pay online at the time of booking, with support for standard payment methods.The admin web portal gave our internal team full visibility and control over all reservations — including the ability to view, manage, modify, and cancel bookings, track occupancy, and oversee payment records through a clean dashboard interface. Apexture Private Limited also handled the design of the platforms.
