I am the founder of Nosecloud. Recently, I’ve been developing solutions for sales on the web and other interfaces.  Our company deals in Bitcoin mining equipment, hosting, selling, and other related services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd?

I hired Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd to help us develop a website and provide additional services including application development.
 

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd helps me manage and articulate my ideas. Once we find the most useful and valid options, we review which one is best suited for each design. They provide both web and software development. 

For most of our work together, we first define the project at hand by clearly expressing the concept and documenting it on paper before starting development and production. We usually run tests to ensure our teams are on the same page. Throughout the process, we adjust the scope as needed. 

Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd built us a webpage that both serves as a standard landing page and includes all the functionality a website should contain. On the backend, they developed a system I can use to conduct transactions automatically.

Figuring out how a project will work always requires some communication back and forth to keep the process moving forward as intended. Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd supports us during each step of the projects we work on together.

What is the team composition?

Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd assigned us one main point of contact. We are also in contact with the appropriate technicians, programmers, and project manager to map out the program or apps. If a programmer has any questions, they address them to me, and we solve them.

How did you come to work with Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd?

I shared my idea for this project on Upwork and contacted a few companies who responded. After corresponding with each one, I went through the process of elimination. Ultimately, I decided to hire Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd. 

How much have you invested in them?

I’ve spent around $10,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on the first version from November 2017–March 2018. There’s always more work in progress to do. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had a lot of success working with Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd.  Now, we have a specialized and easy-to-manage system. From my perspective, everything is going as planned. Since we implemented the website, we’ve received a high number of online visitors with a good turnover rate. Our system is individualized from customer to customer. I’m pleased with how well it covers the needs of such a wide range within our user base. 

How did Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We often communicate daily. Depending on the task at hand, we might touch base weekly or every few days. It’s easy to get ahold of Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd, and they’re quite quick to reply.

We had a minor problem at the beginning, but they took it seriously, and we addressed it effectively. The team managed the project well and  did quite a great job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd is always helpful and eager to find a solution. Whenever I raise a problem or propose an idea, they’ve been very open to discussing it. They always try to find the best solutions for my problems. I feel appreciated as a customer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This is a minor issue, but we experienced slight cultural and language barriers. As we’ve gotten to know them better, this problems seems to be solving itself.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I encourage future clients to give them a shot to see what they can do.  Anviam Solutions Pvt Ltd might be able to solve problems you didn’t even know existed. I would recommend them to anyone.
