Anomoz and his team developed our entire platform from the ground up, taking the project from concept to a fully functional, production-ready solution. The scope included UI/UX implementation, backend development, custom features, payment gateway integrations, API development, user management, admin dashboard, performance optimization, security, testing, and deployment.

Throughout the project, Anomoz demonstrated excellent technical expertise, clear communication, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. He was responsive, proactive, and always willing to find the best solution to any challenge. The platform was delivered to a very high standard and has exceeded our expectations. The scope of work involved designing and developing a custom CRM and order management system specifically for Sticky Boy’s online sticker production workflow.

The system was built to centralise customer information, order details, artwork files and production requirements in one platform. It manages each job through our full internal process, including New Orders, Artwork, Proof Sent, Prepress, Production and Dispatch.

Key deliverables included an automated order import process from our online store, customer and order management, artwork and proof tracking, production status updates, internal job notes, file management, search and filtering tools, and a structured production and dispatch workflow.

The developer also created functionality to help our team quickly identify outstanding tasks, monitor jobs at each stage of production and maintain a clear record of customer communication and artwork approvals. The system was designed around our existing business processes rather than using a generic, off-the-shelf CRM structure.

Overall, the completed CRM has provided Sticky Boy with a centralised platform for managing orders from the initial purchase through to artwork approval, production and final dispatch.

Their project management was excellent throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, consistent and proactive, and we were always kept informed of progress and upcoming stages of the development.

All major deliverables were completed within the agreed timeframes. Where changes or additional requirements arose during the project, they responded quickly and were flexible in adapting the system to suit our needs.

They took the time to understand how our business operates and were very receptive to feedback. Any questions, adjustments or issues were addressed promptly, and they were able to translate our ideas into practical solutions within the CRM.

Overall, the project was managed professionally and efficiently. We felt supported throughout the development process, and the final system was delivered in line with our expectations.
