Angel Automation LLC improved our digital presence by creating a custom website for us. A year later, he reached out to add a Custom FAQ Chatbot to the website. He is the first person we reach out to if we have any technical questions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We noticed an increase in both the quantity and quality of calls after the website and chatbot went live. Previously, many callers asked simple questions that took up time but rarely converted into customers. Now, with the FAQ chatbot handling those questions, we receive fewer repetitive calls, and potential clients reach out with a clearer understanding of our services. As a result, our team is speaking with more qualified leads, and our call conversion rate has improved significantly.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Before our first meeting, Angel sent me a 10-question document that asked about colors, logos, and other key information about the company. One week later, we had our initial meeting, and he came fully prepared with a preview of his vision for the website. We went through each section together, and I provided feedback on revisions. Just three days later, the completed website was delivered, and it was exactly what we wanted.

A year later, Angel reached out with a demo for an FAQ chatbot. After a quick call, I was impressed, and he had the chatbot live on our site that very same day. The entire process showed his ability to stay organized, deliver on time, and quickly respond to our needs. I only had to answer 10 questions and have two meetings with him that about 2 hours of my time total.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed with Angel’s communication skills. He explained the technology clearly and even taught me about other technologies I should consider using in my company. He shared that he is working on additional tools similar to the chatbot, which I'm very interested in. I look forward to continuing our discussions to see how else he can help support my business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Angel Automation could have done differently?

At this point, we don’t see any major areas for improvement. Angel Automation delivered everything quickly and exceeded our expectations. If anything, we’d love to see even more updates and suggestions like the chatbot in the future, since those ideas have already added real value to our business.
