Andout is one of the well-known software development agency in Sri Lanka. They are a well-experienced company and they had a great portfolio of this domain.

So basically we wanted to handle our employee's attendance, leaves, salary. In this project, we used React js as front end, Node js as backend and Mongo DB as database.

After releasing this project employee have the ability to manage their leaves from home and it really helps our human resource management team. Because of this application, our company can improve our effectiveness.

They are an agile company and they used agile-based software development life cycle. To manage this project they use Jira as the project management software.

We run ads in major social media platforms like Facebook, insta gram and also they run Google ppc campaign to attract new customers.

In our side mainly 4 people's interact with andout team.There are 6 people's worked in andout for our project.

We were satisfied with performance of the team.Team andout still helping us to increase our products digital image.Also more than 60% sales are got from digital media campaign.

Best thing is andout team is really friendly and helpful. Communication between our team and andout was excellent. They identified what we wanted.

The most impressive thing is their knowledge about the domain.Also creative design team is really skillfull.

The best thing was team andout delivered our project before the deadline and communication between the two parties was brilliant.Most of the times we communicate through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.

Andout has really good team. Their programmers understand our requirements and finished before 1 weeks of the deadline.I always appreciate the skills of the developers.

I didn't see any kind of weakness from them.
