Andava, work on our SEO ranking on google, Dose google ads for us and suggest different ways to rank our website better on google. This is an ongoing project and it has been going on for now about 1 year. They all support our technical updates on website.

we have a dedicated project coordinator which then gets in touch with he rest of the team on the works that needs to be done and reports back to us. our project coordinator is very very punctual and almost always online.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

we are ranking for many of the keyword that we were going after on the top 3 and many others on top 10. This is important to note that the company and site was completely new when it was handed over to Andava. the work they have done up to this point is remarkable.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

we have no problem in reaching our project coordinator and the response time is as expected or better than what any business of this sort will expect.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company is run very efficiently and managed with care as if your website is owned by Andava. I think this is the most important point that they have been in this business since 2009.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am very satisfied with the service they provide. there are few glitches here and there but nothing major and these sometimes are caused by our side as well. So no nothing that I can specifically point out that needs improvment
