I’m the owner and director of Aira Solutions, and we deal with telecommunications and civil works within the IT and communications industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Anata Digital?

I needed help in developing my website and managing my social media platforms.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Anata developed my website and designed my logo. The site was built from scratch, and they registered my domain. I gave them information about my business, and they used that to write the site’s content.

For the logo design, I provided them with an idea of our company’s business. I wanted the logo to feature my company name and have some IT-related graphics. They created prototypes, which featured electrical and fiber designs. They then presented me with my options, and later they gave me a final draft. We had a few tweaks here and there until I was happy with the output.

Anata is also setting up my Facebook and Instagram accounts. They’re creating posts and uploading media on my pages. However, the pages are not yet live, and we’re still preparing for their launch.

I work with a designer, a web developer, and a marketing teammate.

They were referred to me.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent $1,000 AUD (approximately $700 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Anata has successfully delivered the website and logo. The site conveys our company’s capabilities and the kind of service we can provide. I’m happy with their work. 

Additionally, Anata’s content writing has been on point and reflects precisely what we do. 

How did Anata Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Anata has consistently met their deadlines. They’ve delivered everything that they’ve committed. We communicate through phone calls and Microsoft Teams. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Anata’s team is enthusiastic about what they do. They’ve done their own research about our industry. They take ownership of the project and pour ideas and insights on how I can grow my business. 

Our partnership is not just about developing a website and designing a logo — Anata is committed to expanding my business and helping me grow. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything.

Prepare your business idea. They will work on your business development, not just on your website and social media accounts.
