1. User Roles and Permissions

Super Admin:

Full control over the platform.

Ability to create, edit, and delete Admin accounts.

View and manage all data across centers.

Admin:

Assigned to a specific center.

Can enroll candidates, schedule courses, manage examinations, and issue certificates under the authority of the Super Admin.

2. Candidate Enrollment

Both Super Admin and Admin can:

Enroll new candidates.

Assign courses to candidates.

Manage candidate profiles and course progress.

3. Course Scheduling

Courses can be scheduled online by Admin and Super Admin.

Each course will include:

Title, description, duration.

Schedule (date & time).

Assigned trainer (optional).

4. Online Examination Module

Ability to create and manage online exams.

Features include:

Time-limited exams with countdown timer.

Question bank with MCQs and other formats.

Instant result calculation upon exam completion.

Auto-evaluation and result storage in candidate profile.

5. Certification & Validation

After passing the examination, candidates will receive:

Auto-generated certificate with a unique enrollment number.

Certificates can be validated by entering the enrollment number on the website.

6. Real-Time Analytics Dashboard

A comprehensive dashboard accessible to both Super Admin and Admin.
