What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed by AMELA in every way, including their punctuality, cost optimization, and active, sincere, and cheerful working style.
Are there any areas for improvement or something AMELA Technology could have done differently?
Nothing, as far as we are aware. With the exception of some team building challenges on our end, nearly everything has gone smoothly, and we are really happy with their work. When we give kids difficult assignments, they approach them with a strong sense of enjoyment. 
Although there are certain places where we could have done a better job, overall, AMELA is exceptional. We have been attempting to learn about their abilities, processes, and mindsets throughout the project, but we haven't been able to devote enough time or personnel to it.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

App development: We had a lot of meetings throughout the entire project. We discussed the platform's design, logo, features/functionality, challenges, test and demo of the product, etc. Technologies: PHP, NodeJS, React Native ERP system: AMELA helped us to update systems to ensure data integrity by migrating legacy data, integrating raw data silos, modernizing data infrastructures, and seamlessly integrating systems. Web app development: AMELA developed a management solution for us. 

Initially, we came to them with a prototype we’d implemented in a few places, talking them through what we’d done and wanted to do. That included some code we’d developed, screenshots of our rudimentary platform, and customer research. Amela then guided us through their design phase. We went through user personas in much greater detail and created wireframes. Once we transitioned into full-scale development, they built and released a cloud-based app in AWS.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our company including all departments used to validate the work was satisfied with the final result. Successfully had a system to track and increase performance on our own. ERP system: Thanks to countless features integrated into this ERP system, we can manage work efficiently, enhancing productivity by 40% and reducing useless time by 27%.

We had daily/weekly meetings and mainly communicated through direct discussions, Google Meets, and shared documents daily. AMELA did a great job in daily conversations, reporting, follow-up, and supporting us even after the project was done after half a year. 

We had Skype calls with the project manager 2 times a week. Also, I had meetings with SotaTek founders about strategic tasks one time per month. Their management is exceptionally lean and agile. We received weekly reports via email and communicated via Skype. AMELA development team responded quickly to any concerns we had within a few hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything from AMELA impressed us, from their working style, timeliness, and significantly, the cost optimization they offered. Listing: They are always available for our questions Their expertise in Blockchain Their customer service during and even after the project is done They took my reviews/feedback to ensure we were delighted as well as to improve if needed Their technical skills and professionalism were exceptional. 

Besides, they attempted to consult and support us as much as possible so that we could launch the best solutions while minimizing costs. That means a lot to me. AMELA’s engineers strongly impressed us with their deep knowledge of the industry, though they have to work with a lot of companies varying in different sectors at the same time. I was always grateful for choosing such a suitable partner. 

We were impressed with their work ethic, timely delivery of high-quality results, and overall project management. Their high sense of responsibility is part of what makes them highly valued. I highly appreciate their responsibility and reliability. 

They always try to understand us and our project requirements as much as possible. Most importantly, hardly any Blockchain Company can achieve such broad expertise in Blockchain and NFT Game as AMELA, which helped us build a successful GameFi platform.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AMELA Technology could have done differently?

Honestly, no. Everything has gone well, and we’re pretty satisfied with their work. We tried to learn their skills through the project but didn't have enough time. This part is a bit disappointing. No. The works were delivered as expected. No. AMELA turned a challenging idea into a great success. No. AMELA did deliver us a success beyond all of our expectations. True professionals, so, nothing to comment.

This app, an embodiment of social connectivity, exudes its compatibility with the esteemed iOS, Android, and tablet platforms. Furthermore, this distinguished company undertook the arduous task of meticulously crafting all the wireframes and harmoniously blending the realms of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Notably, the modern design style, beautiful colors, and smart web layout that fits the customer's buying journey is what I really like.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Feedback: We get a lot of good feedback from our customers. The sellers say that the interface is easy to use, and convenient for uploading product information. Purchase operations also work well. Commitment: In the process of running the project, there will certainly be deadline deviations, but the AMELA development team is very proactive in reporting and fixing problems in a timely manner. I enjoyed working with the AMELA team

Deviation in project progress, and errors in the process are inevitable. But the development team was proactive in reporting the situation and coordinated with the Global to me team very well. I think I will continue to cooperate with AMELA on future projects.
