They also implemented access controls, alert monitoring, and notification flows to ensure traceability and timely responses to received receipts.

We saw a 40% reduction in digital certificate processing time, 98% accuracy in automatic document classification, and timely response to 100% of critical alerts, demonstrating clear and successful progress for the project. Automating the certificate inbox reduced processing time from five to two hours per day, reduced manual errors by 70%, and recovered 15 hours of operational work per week, significantly improving operational efficiency and accuracy.

We communicated through daily stand-ups and weekly follow-up meetings within the Agile methodology, complemented by Microsoft Teams updates and emails for project management. Are there any areas they could improve?

If there was any room for improvement, it would be to deliver some executive reports earlier, although they were always available in time for key reviews.
