Please describe your company and your position there.

I was the Head of Marketing and co-founder of Einhell doo, in Serbia, as daughter firm Einhell GmbH, Germany. We believe in putting the customer first and are constantly striving to create efficiencies in the business, whilst rewarding customer loyalty.

For what projects/services did your company hire Allinclusive., and what were your goals?

We were looking for a partner to provide creative and operational support for our digital marketing and advertising campaigns at Serbia market.

How did you select Allinclusive. and what were the deciding factors?

I have heard about Allinclusive. from several personal contacts that recommended them to me.

They handle our direct advertising, email marketing, and PPC campaigns, Google Ads, mostly. They manage all of our paid ads on Facebook and Instagram.

They assigned project manager who distributed work amongst their team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We set a pretty aggressive goal for our return on ad spend (ROAS), but they managed to exceed it significantly.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We meet with them on a weekly basis to go over our goals and get a recap on what they’ve worked on during the week. They’ve been really accommodating and communicative throughout the process. Originally, we used Slack to touch base with them, but they were willing to switch to What's up business, and then we use too.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Unlike some other companies we’ve worked with, Allinclusive. listens to our needs and are hell-bent on meeting our specific goals. They’ve been extremely professional and insightful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything they need to improve.
