Our corporate website was built on Wordpress and already live. We need to make some structural and content changes to the page and needed a Wordpress resource with architecture and design chops to apply our changes, which we've built in Google Slides, to our Wordpress backend. Additionally, we rank highly for organic search terms important to our business. It was important that we could apply these changes without jeopardizing the integrity of our SEO ranking.

They understood the assignment clearly and there was no miscommunication, so the deliverables always met expectations and we needed to give minimal feedback.

Working with them was an extremely smooth interaction, so no major area of improvements. The only minor suggestion I have is for them to lay out a project timeline for the client in written form after the scope of work is agreed on. It was not an issue for our engagement, but it would've been helpful to have a timeline to refer back to just to remind myself of the project milestones and expected timing of deliverables instead of having to follow up to jog my memory.

Responses were timely and comprehensive as well as were all deliverables resulting from the communication. The work they did for me speaks for itself; the site was intuitively designed and expertly built. But the communication and partnership was what made working with them such a success.
