ecommerce and mobile-first platform named glowetsu. focused on japanese language. both website and app should have admin panel , make custom tour package. 

tour package booking and time slot management. admin panel is blog writer with blog writer ai.

our customers booked many appontments online using the glowetsu app. no problem in time conflict for booking as pre booked tours could not be booked anymore. also payment with stripe help us save a lot of problems.

The communication was great and always delivered apps on time. also rechecked the language multiple times so ther's no problem.

AssetxToken is a startup targeted for 2 markets - belgium and thailand. As of our previous real estate experience , we developed a platform targeting 4 types of users - landlords , buyers , tenants and agents. also this is able to tokenize certain properties to sell at a p2p market

• To architect and deploy a secure RWA (Real World Asset) tokenization engine. We needed a system capable of fractionally tokenizing high-value real estate assets on the blockchain while ensuring total transparency and immutable ownership records for our global investors
• To automate regulatory compliance and rental income distribution. We hired them to engineer secure smart contracts that handle complex KYC/AML workflows and automate monthly dividend payouts to token holders, removing all manual administrative overhead.
• To build a scalable, "360-degree" asset management dashboard. The objective was to create a unified portal where landlords, tenants, and investors could manage contracts, track real-time asset performance, and trade tokens in a secure aftermarket environment.

AlienStacks handled the full technical build-out of our RWA platform from scratch. They didn't just write code; they basically architected the whole logic of how our physical assets would be tokenized and managed on the blockchain. The scope was pretty broad—they built the smart contracts for fractional ownership, the payout logic for dividends, and a very clean, professional-looking investor dashboard. They also had to integrate some pretty heavy KYC and AML stuff to make sure we stayed on the right side of regulations, which they handled without any issues. Key deliverables included: The Tokenization Engine: Custom-built smart contracts for asset fractionalization. Investor Portal: A secure web app where our users can track their holdings and income. Compliance Bridge: Fully automated KYC/AML onboarding flow. Audit-Ready Codebase: They provided all the technical documentation we needed for our third-party security audits. What stood out to me was their background. Because these guys come from places like Alibaba and Ant Group, I didn’t have to explain why security and scalability mattered—they were already two steps ahead of me. They operated more like technical partners than a typical dev shop.

Passed 100% of security audits for all smart contracts. Reduced investor onboarding time by via automated KYC. Successfully automated all of the monthly dividend payout logic. Launched the full MVP on schedule within the 2-month timeline.

GPOS started as an internat POS Software for retail market in thailand. it was built using an internal tool of ours - however the scope became really big really soon. 
Our engineeres came up with microservices - alienstack engineers came onboard to work with the remaining scope. they built more services around our exisiting backend. developed apis for external customer.
they also developed the react native apps for multiple scopes of the project like - customer dashboard , sales report dashboard etc.

Also they delivered a seperate project for our employees to check regular sales called sunmi's internal erp. this integrated our employee's clock in / clock out time , weekly/monthly kpis etc.

the last project was gpos.co.th where they made a site with an admin panel to propmpte the software.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The apps successfully powered 10,000+ active retail terminals.  Maintained 99% system uptime across this distributed network.  80% reduction in manual end-of-day reporting time . The backend helped to process millions of monthly transactions with zero performance degradation.

That was a fantastic experience working with them. They did not only deliver on time but they always made sure , features , deliverables and test reports were ready way before deadlines. 

since we have strict PRD targets for our projects and timeline heavily effects our work flow - Project Management is cruical when it comes to our business. their management skills were so on point , we had to question our internal management at times.

The most amazing experience was - 

1. the uniqeness of libraries, frameworks , architectures these guys used when coding. the detail to minor factors of codes were really amazing. They had each service reviewed and tested multiple times before any type of submission.
2. The dedication to matching pixel by pixel design in the PRD , not trying to ovverride details , precise point on development was impressive.
3. their background of having ex and part time engineers from the biggest mnc's in south east asia gave a unique flavor to their codebase - simply reading the code was fun.

We didnt face any challenge while working with alienstacks. were very satisfied as a team for the outcome.
