I gave them access to my website and to proprietary information for the purpose of website marketing, SEO, and software development. Once they had all my business information, the owners of Alexa Media Marketing formed a competing company, Contractor Licensing Pros LLC using my business model and online presence as a benchmark for their competing company. Their contractor licensing website contains information directly from my website.
