Can you describe the scope of work Airson Software handled for this project?

Airson Software has developed a custom software solution for our company. The software is designed to be user-friendly for our beginner staff, allowing them to work smartly and efficiently. The software includes features such as live weight and live scan to live data entry using weight scale and Android apps to work fast and smart way.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Airson Software.

How did you come to work with Airson Software?

Someone referred Airson Software to me. I chose them because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Airson Software in March 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Airson Software’s work is so good that our staff doesn’t need to use any other software. The team understands our needs and has helped us work fast and smart.

How did Airson Software perform from a project management standpoint?

Airson Software has delivered on time, although they’ve been slightly late on some occasions. We communicate via in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

I’m impressed by Airson Software’s team response and work responsibility.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on because they’ve done all the work well.
