The team at Teamedia is extremely detailed when it comes to campaign management and analysis. They're also been proactive with providing suggestions and sharing best practices. Response times are also quick, and work is managed in a very systematic fashion.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen multiple improvements resulting in an increasing number of Discovery Calls booked through our PPC channel (from 1-2 per week to 6-7 a week which is almost 5x) which is considered to be the main and the most important conversion point. Yes - 5x.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

On a scale of 1 - 10 it is definitely 10. Their project manager (Ksenia) was all over the place and always on top of all the tasks. Being highly responsive, providing explanations in detail, being proactive. Entire workflow, communication, and effectiveness are at a super high level.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were open to learning new things together. They were improvement-oriented, detail-oriented, and paid attention to details. They focused on building relationships and trust with our company as a client. Also, they had good expertise in the PPC area. They were willing to suggest and brainstorm multiple ideas and provide a rationale for each.

Not for now.

Teamedia team is highly knowledgeable and efficient. Throughout our engagement, they have easy to work with and quick in communication. I'd definitely recommend Teamedia!

We used Slack for communication and Google Docs for collaboration. They have been prompt and transparent with their responses.

Since they are focused on SaaS and technology companies, their domain expertise is quite helpful.

They are knowledgeable in the PPC field. However, they could perhaps also help clients with suggestions on improving landing pages, performing A/B tests, etc.

Teamedia assists us with assessing campaign needs, building campaigns and then ongoing management of said campaigns.

We utilize Trello for project management and generally connect through this but also will meet occasionally on Zoom. We also collectively use Google sheets and Google Data studio to track certain items.

Teamedia has consistently provided positive results for our business and has helped to drive traffic to our stores in store and online which has resulted in sales.
