There were several different projects that required multiple frontend and backend skills for WordPress, Shopify, Laravel and custom development. The projects included being able to understand, decipher and implement detailed website project and technical requirement briefs. And to implement quality coding and testing frameworks to meet our internal processes.

There is a gap in terms of being able to interpret briefs straight away. However, this is often resolved by discussing the brief during a Teams call. The clarity makes sure the project gets delivered on time.

Our SaaS is built on a full stack and we needed them to handle all aspects including the front end, a back end with complex calculations and complex database calls, the database which is non-trivial, and deployment to scalable cloud infrastructure.

Our goal was to have the site built with the main purpose of the client to be able to run his business from anywhere in the world b/c he travels often. The site needed to include all pertinent integrations and customizations to successfully pull this off. The site is also only accessible with specific companies that are certified in the aviation industry. Users must submit their business, along with required ID that they are indeed allowed to purchase aviation parts. 

When a user submits their business request to purchase, client will then accept or deny them. Then they will have access to the parts for future purchasing. 

Invoicing, notifications, eCommerce and other integrations are now in full effect.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've completed the first phase successfully. The website now operates exactly as proposed and requested from the client. They are so happy with the results that they've decided to have us build out the infrastructure to completly void out all 3rd party vendors. We are now going to build our additional forms, documents, invoices, product inventory systems and other required systems so this client will only depend on us to manage his business online.

They went above and beyond. Halfway through the project our client decided to integrate a 3rd party software based company. We spent an extra few months working with him and 3rd party company to integrate these API's. It was a nightmare to deal with this other company. We handled it so well that they will now have us build those integrations so client only has to deal with one company. That is a testament of AHA Technocrats and a true benefit. We can build anything our client needs or wants!

I've used them since 2020 on multiple projects. We always meet or beat project deadlines and stay ahead of the curve. They have a knack for identifying issues before they arise and properly addressing or bringing to my attention so I can address with clients.

No, especially with this project. Everyone pitched in extra effort to see this project to the end. Which ultimately allowed us to birth "Phase 2" ... which is now in the works!
