We are a designer and manufacturer of IoT sensors and software for Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM). Our flagship solution, ioEYE Predict, uses ML and AI to detect early signs of mechanical failure in industrial machinery, helping enterprises reduce unplanned downtime and lower maintenance costs. We serve asset-intensive industries including manufacturing, Oil and Gas, cement, steel, FMCG, chemicals, and automotive, with customers across the globe including Fortune 500 companies.

The scope of work covered the full stack, from backend automation through to cloud deployment.

Agively Technologies built and delivered the following:

On the backend, they integrated directly with the Apollo.io API to automate lead discovery based on our configurable Ideal Customer Profile criteria including industry, company size, job title, and geography. This included a custom data pipeline for ICP-based filtering, scoring, deduplication, and automated contact enrichment with verified emails and firmographic data.

On the outreach side, they built a fully automated multi-step sequence engine with personalization tokens mapped to enriched contact data, along with follow-up scheduling and sequence state tracking, all running without any manual input from our team. The frontend deliverable was a clean, responsive dashboard giving our sales team real-time visibility into pipeline health, enriched prospect profiles with ICP scoring indicators, and full outreach sequence controls including the ability to start, pause, resume, and track campaigns.

Finally, the full stack was deployed to a cloud environment with uptime monitoring with alerting. The engagement also included end-to-end testing and QA across all layers, plus complete code documentation and a structured handover to our team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were immediately noticeable across our entire outbound operation. Prospecting time dropped dramatically, what used to take our sales team several hours each week now runs automatically in the background with no manual effort. Our prospect pool grew substantially as we moved from ad hoc manual searches to consistent, ICP-matched lead discovery running at scale.

From a cost perspective, replacing the fragmented manual processes and disconnected third-party tools with a single owned and automated platform brought our cost of outbound down significantly. Most importantly, our sales reps were freed from administrative prospecting tasks and could redirect their time toward high-value closing activities, which had a noticeable impact on overall team productivity and focus.

They managed the project very well. Despite the tight timeline spanning just about two months, they delivered everything on time without cutting corners on quality. Communication throughout was clear and consistent via emails and calls, and we always felt informed on progress.

What stood out was how proactive they were. They flagged potential issues and updates before we had to ask, which kept the project moving smoothly and gave us confidence at every stage. What impressed us most was their ability to deliver a fully production-ready, end-to-end system in a very short timeframe without any compromise on quality. This was not a simple integration job. They architected and built multiple layers including the backend automation engine, Apollo.io API integration, outreach sequencing, a clean frontend dashboard, and cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines, all working seamlessly together.

Beyond the technical depth, what set them apart was their proactive communication style. They did not wait for us to ask questions or raise concerns. They stayed ahead of the project and kept us in the loop at every step. For a company like ours that is focused on our core IoT product, having a technology partner that we could trust to run with a complex build independently was incredibly valuable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Agively Technologies could have done differently?

Honestly, we were very satisfied with the engagement across the board. The delivery was on time, communication was proactive and clear, and the quality of the final product exceeded our expectations. If we had to point to anything, the pricing could perhaps be slightly more competitive, but given the depth of work delivered, the speed of execution, and the production-grade quality of the solution, we felt it was fair value for what we received. We would not hesitate to work with them again.
